If you are impatient and want your order right away, DO NOT ORDER from me. 

Unless I have stock premade, Most garments are on a “made to order” basis and will take approximately 2-6 weeks to be finished and shipped. 

I am a one man operation moving through a couple orders a week and I don’t wish to rush things for the best possible garment I can make for you. 

Payment


PayPal and Credit Cards are both accepted at checkout

Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. If you are having any issues with Payment please do not hesitate to contact me and I will assist you in anyway that I can.

Shipping

All Goods are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail and are insured against loss or damage.
I am not responsible for the tracking updates or shipping delays due to covid restrictions. Once I have shipped the package it is not in my control.
Monsivais & Co. is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
In-stock products will be shipped within 3 business days of purchase, unless otherwise noted. 
Customs pieces will ship 10-14 days after purchase, unless otherwise noted. 

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS)at the option chosen by the customer.
Monsivais & Co. is not responsible for any tariffs that may be charged upon delivery to your country.
 
Return Policy

Exchanges
Items may be exchanged, within 14 days of delivery. The items must be in their original condition with packaging.
Returns
 ALL SALES ARE FINAL, I AM NOT AMAZON.
Items may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY
The items must be in their original condition with packaging.
Custom Orders are non returnable
Sale Items are final sale and can only be exchanged for an Item of equal value.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
