    If you're seeking immediate delivery, kindly refrain from placing an order.

As a One-person operation, I handle a few orders each week, prioritizing quality over speed to ensure the finest garment possible for you.

Unless there is pre-made stock available, our garments are typically crafted on a "made to order" basis, requiring approximately 2-6 weeks for completion and shipment.

Payment


PayPal and Credit Cards are both accepted at checkout

Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. If you are having any issues with Payment please do not hesitate to contact me and I will assist you in anyway that I can.

Shipping

All Goods are shipped via your choice of shipping option and are insured against loss or damage.

I am not responsible for the tracking updates or shipping delays.

Once I have shipped the package it is not in my control.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS)at the option chosen by the customer.

Monsivais & Co. is not responsible for any tariffs that may be charged upon delivery to your country.
 
Return Policy

Exchanges
Items may be exchanged, within 14 days of delivery. The items must be in their original condition with packaging.

Returns
 ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Items may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY
The items must be in their original condition with packaging.
Custom Orders are non-returnable.
Sale Items are final sale and can only be exchanged for an Item of equal value.
